How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size and preferred item, and add to cart. Complete checkout via our secure payment gateway. we accept card payments, bank transfers, and popular Nigerian payment options.

Do you deliver across Nigeria?

A: Yes! We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery timelines vary by location. Lagos orders (In-store Pickup) typically takes 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, while delivery within Lagos takes 2-5 business days and delivery other states takes 5–10 business days.

All orders over ₦250,000 qualify for free delivery. Applicable to all areas within Nigeria.

Note: A day refers to a normal business day and excludes Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery amount depends on the total value of your order and the delivery option you choose.

NB: Deliveries are made on weekdays only (excluding weekends) and during office hours (8 am to 6pm). Delivery times are estimated and are dependent on specific courier routes and road conditions.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa/Mastercard, Verve, bank transfers, and payments via Paystack and Flutterwave. All transactions are fully secured.

What if an item is out of stock?

You can join the waitlist for any sold-out item. We'll notify you by email or WhatsApp as soon as it's restocked.

Do you have a physical store?

Otis Fashion currently operates as an online store. However, we periodically host pop-up events in major Nigerian cities. Follow us on Instagram to stay informed about upcoming events near you.

How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or reaching out to our team on WhatsApp for personalised guidance.

How should I care for my Otis Fashion items?

Care instructions are printed on each garment's label. We generally recommend cool machine wash or gentle hand wash and air drying to preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes. Otis Fashion is committed to inclusive sizing. Our collections are available across a broad size range. Please refer to individual product pages for specific size availability.

Are your fabrics suitable for Nigeria's climate?

A: Absolutely. Our fabrics are selected with the Nigerian climate in mind: breathable, comfortable, and designed to hold up well through heat and humidity without losing their shape or finish.

Do I need to pay before my order is processed?

Yes. All orders are prepaid. Payment confirmation is required before an order is processed and dispatched. This ensures accuracy and eliminates delays on both ends.

What should I do if I am charged but my order does not go through?

Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your payment reference and the date of the transaction. We will investigate promptly and either process your order or issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer installment or buy-now-pay-later options?

This feature is currently being developed. We will announce its availability across our communication channels once it is live.

Order Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. Items purchased during flash sales are final sale.

How do I initiate a return?

Send us an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process promptly.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
